本系列KL型礦燈智能充電架KLC48（D）、KLC96（D）、KLC102（D）、KLC104（D）是西安立明公司最新研制、生產(chǎn)的集礦燈充電、礦燈發(fā)放管理、人員考勤為一體的新型產(chǎn)品。和該系列充電架配套的礦燈智能管理系統(tǒng)可實現(xiàn)信息實時采集與處理，直接統(tǒng)計礦燈上架、下架時間，可隨時掌握燈房礦燈使用情況、了解井下礦工人數(shù)、實現(xiàn)礦工考勤統(tǒng)計。
The serial KL cap lamp intelligent charging rack KLC48 (D), KLC96 (D), KLC102 (D), KLC104 (D) are the new type of products developed and produced by Xi’an Liming company , which integrate the cap lamp charging, cap lamp distribution management, check on work attendance. The cap lamp intelligent management system supporting the serial charging rack is able to implement the information real time acquisition and process and directly record the issuing and returning time of cap lamps to know the operation condition in lamp house and the number of underground mine workers and check on work attendance.
1．1臺計算機可以控制多達64個充電架，完全可以滿足燈房的實際需求；
2．采用RS485總線進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，傳輸距離遠，可靠性高；
3．充電功能和數(shù)據(jù)采集功能完全獨立，確保在任何情況下礦燈能夠正常充電；
4．可以在計算機屏幕上用圖標(biāo)實時顯示系統(tǒng)內(nèi)任何一個充電架上所有充電位的狀態(tài)：充電位無燈、正在充電、充電完成；
5．可以實時記錄所有燈被拿走和送回的時間，實現(xiàn)自動考勤；
6．可以設(shè)定燈被拿走和被送回的時間間隔，超過該設(shè)定時間則告警提示；
7．根據(jù)用戶的實際需求，可按不同設(shè)定進行自由組合查詢。常用功能實現(xiàn)一鍵查詢，方便快捷；
8．報表輸出完全體現(xiàn)查詢的結(jié)果，并且結(jié)果可以導(dǎo)出到xls表中，有利于再編輯與管理。
1. One computer can control 64 charging racks, which fully meets the requirement of the lamp house;
2. Adopting RS485 bus to perform data transmission, with characteristics of long distance transmission and high reliability;
3. The charging function and data acquisition function are of complete independence so as to guarantee charging under any circumstances;
4. It is able to conduct the real time display of the charging conditions in the system on the monitor of computer: no lamp on the charging position, in the process of charging and completion of charging;
5. It is able to perform the real time record of the taking off time and returning time of cap lamps and implement the automatic check on work attendance;
6. It is able to set the time interval of taking off and returning of cap lamps, it shall alarm on condition of over time interval
7. According to the physical demand of customers, it is able to implement the free combination query according to different settings. The common functions shall be enquired by one-key, with convenient and shortcut operation;
8. The statement output is able to reflect the inquiry results, which shall be derived into the xls form for re-compiling and management.
